1. Scope of Consultancy
The Client engages VFZ International Private Limited to provide professional consultancy services including business advisory, financial structuring, strategic planning, market research, and management consulting support. Services shall be conducted through online meetings (Google Meet) , WhatsApp communication, correspondence, and digital documentation.
2. Deliverables The Consultant shall provide: Strategic advisory and consultation Business and financial analysis

Written recommendations and reports Ongoing guidance during the engagement period
All deliverables will be shared digitally.

A Non-Circumvention Non-Disclosure Agreement (NCNDA) is a legally binding contract used in business transactions, particularly with intermediaries, to prevent parties from bypassing the introducer to deal directly with contacts. It protects sensitive information, trade secrets, and commissions by prohibiting the misuse of disclosed contacts and confidential data.
